Information Summary

Register Your Interest

We encourage all interested families to register first. Once registered, a member of the DMC team will contact you to introduce the organisation and share our upcoming events calendar. You can then choose which events you would like to attend.

Parent and Guardian Supervision

Parents and guardians remain responsible for the children attending with them and must stay for the entire duration of each event.

Group Sizes

Families will usually be organised into groups of no more than 10 families—approximately 25 people per group. Some events may have smaller groups due to age restrictions, venue capacity or the nature of the activity.

Event Confirmation

DMC will confirm bookings using the information provided during registration. Factors such as the child’s age, event suitability and availability will be considered.

Event costs, venue addresses, timings and other important information will be provided in an event flyer after registration. These details will also be published on our website.

Our Event Team

Events will be facilitated by trained, DBS-checked DMC staff. Their responsibilities may include:

  • Welcoming and introducing families
  • Coordinating ticket payments and bookings
  • Supporting families throughout the event
  • Organising post-event catch-up sessions

Staffing levels will vary depending on the event, and DMC will ensure that appropriate support is available.

Cancellations and Refunds

If DMC cancels an event, we will offer the young person and their family a place at an alternative event. If a suitable alternative is unavailable, any amount paid will be refunded.
